PRICES Prices are shown in rubles unless stated otherwise. We may change prices before order confirmation. 2. ORDER CONFIRMATION An order is confirmed after we accept it and (where applicable) receive payment or agree on manual settlement. 3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS After payment or confirmation, digital files or access are provided as described on the product page. 4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS Delivery time and cost are agreed when the order is confirmed. Risk passes upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. 5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 5.1. Returns of non-defective goods are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. 5.2. Custom or digital items may be non-returnable once delivered — see product description. 6.
